Anne-Marie Audet-Bernier holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology and a graduate-level microprogram degree in Nutrition (Functional Food and Health) from Université Laval. She has acquired extensive experience in product research and development by working for various food processing companies, particularly in the produce, industrial pastries, meat products, and natural health products sectors.
Anne-Marie joined the CDBQ team in 2022 as an Innovation Project Manager to share her passion for developing innovative, novel products.
