Catherine Dancause holds a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology from Université Laval. She has acquired experience in the field of innovation by working in various food processing companies, particularly in the fruit and vegetable sector, then specializing in the dairy and specifically cheese sector. Her multidisciplinary experience in the industry allows her to offer practical and concrete solutions, easily adapting to the reality of food processors.
Currently responsible for several innovative projects, both in terms of processes and the formulation of food products, Catherine has shared her passion for research and development with the CDBQ team since 2023.
