Vincent Banville holds a doctoral degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval, combining his passion for gastronomy and his desire to understand physicochemical interactions and food processes. After forays into the fields of juices and alcoholic beverages, he worked for seven years at the Agropur dairy cooperative. Vincent has developed strong leadership in R&D project management and expansive knowledge of the innovation needs of small and large companies.
Vincent leads our team of Innovation Project Managers and participates in analyzing our clients’ needs, ensuring that they are our top priority. He advises projects’ strategic and experimental orientations and supports our production team.
